2013 Residential Compliance Forms - Draft

The forms listed are draft. There are many changes and we wanted to get them out for review. They are:

• After the CF-1R is uploaded to a HERS providers web site all the forms required for compliance will be determined. Information from the CF-1R will then pre populate all the required forms.
• The numbering convention of the forms has changed.
  • There are no longer any CF-4R or CF-6R forms. The CF-6R forms are now CF-2R. The CF-4R forms are now CF-3R forms.
  • In the last sequence of the CF-2R form the numbering convention includes an E or H. This is to identify who is required to verify the information on the forms was completed. E for enforcement and H for HERS rater.
• The form only includes information needed to verify compliance. Instructions on how to fill out the form are appended to the form. This will make for shorter forms that only list the required information.

Many of the forms are still in the draft. Some are missing the instructions. Others the information on the form is not complete.
