Residential and Nonresidential Buildings

The 1998 Standards had an effective date of July 1, 1999. They have been replaced by newer standards adopted in 2001. The 1998 Standards are being kept on line as an archive for building officials and others who need to reference it for buildings that fall under the previous standards.
