NOTICE OF STAFF WORKSHOP
The California Energy Commission (Energy Commission) staff will conduct a two-day workshop to seek public input on the development of statewide guidelines to reduce potential impacts of wind energy development to birds and bats.
The workshop will provide a forum for discussion about the guidelines, with a particular focus on impacts and potential mitigation measures. The Energy Commission encourages interested parties to present their views either in writing or orally at the workshop. A workshop agenda will be provided approximately one week prior to the workshop.
