Informational Proceeding to Improve the HERS Program

The California Energy Commission has instituted this informational proceeding so all stakeholders and other interested persons may participate in the process to collect the information necessary to identify potential procedures and other actions that would remedy administrative shortcomings in the HERS Program, including those that were identified in the CalCERTS Investigation.
