Purpose

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain economic analysis services to assess statewide impacts of CEC regulations that have a potential economic and fiscal impact of fifty (50) million dollars or more in a 12-month period following full implementation, consistent with Department of Finance (DOF) specifications.
