All Parties will join the Prehearing Conference remotely via Zoom. The public may attend the Prehearing Conference and provide comment remotely via Zoom as well.

The Committee aims to begin both events promptly at the start times posted, and the end time for each event is an estimate based on the proposed agenda. The Prehearing Conference may end sooner or later than the posted end times.
