Public Hearing on Notice of Proposed Action: Replacement Tire Efficiency Program Rulemaking

The CEC staff will hold a public hearing for the proposed regulations at the date and time listed. Interested persons, or their authorized representative, may present statements, arguments, or contentions relevant to the proposed regulations at the public hearing. The record for this hearing will be kept open until every person present, at the conclusion of staff’s presentation, has had an opportunity to provide comment.

Remote participants may join via Zoom by internet or phone.

• Attend the Public Hearing via Zoom or log in to the Zoom Website, enter the Webinar ID 893 2150 5373 and passcode 198841, and follow all prompts.
  • To comment via Zoom, use the “raise hand” feature so an administrator can announce your name and unmute you for comment.

Zoom Closed Captioning Service. At the bottom of the screen, click the Live Transcript CC icon and choose “Show Subtitle” or “View Full Transcript” from the pop-up menu.
