Assembly Bill 1373 Workshop

The California Energy Commission (CEC) will host a workshop to share the projected rulemaking process for the implementation of Assembly Bill 1373 (Garcia, Chapter 367, Statutes of 2023) (AB 1373) POU Capacity Payments. This includes reviewing the draft regulations, major milestones, and anticipated outcomes of the rulemaking process. A quorum of commissioners may participate remotely, but no votes will be taken.

The public can participate in the workshop consistent with the attendance instructions below. The CEC aims to begin promptly at the start time posted and the end time is an estimate based on the proposed agenda. The workshop may end sooner or later than the posted end time.
