The California Energy Commission collects electricity demand forecast information from loadserving entities in California in support of the 2021 Integrated Energy Policy Report. This staff report provides forms and instructions that identify the information load-serving entities must submit on electricity demand forecasts, demand-side management and energy efficiency impacts, private supply impacts, and related information for 2021 through 2032, and historical years 2019 and 2020.
