These are forms and instructions for load-serving entities to report their electricity resource plans for forecast years 2021 through 2030 and historical years 2019 and 2020. Load-serving entities in California are required to submit plans showing how demand for energy and their annual peak load will be met by specific supply resources. These forms and instructions were considered for adoption by the California Energy Commission at a business meeting in May 2021.
