Abstract
These are forms and instructions for load-serving entities to report their electricity resource plans for forecast years 2022 through 2031 and historical years 2020 and 2021. Load-serving entities in California are required to submit plans showing how demand for energy and their annual peak load will be met by specific supply resources. These forms and instructions were considered for adoption by the California Energy Commission at a business meeting in June 2022.
