AC Infinity Inc. is a company that manufactures fans and dehumidifiers based in City of Industry, California. AC Infinity Inc. sold or offered for sale whole house fans in California, from October 2021 to December 2025.

This case was the result of a complaint. CEC’s investigation and testing process identified that AC Infinity Inc. was manufacturing and offering for sale Cloudway and AC Infinity brand whole house fans that were incorrectly certified to the Modernized Appliance Efficiency Database System (MAEDbS).

To resolve this matter, AC Infinity executed a Settlement Agreement with CEC on June 25, 2026, for $10,844.00. The penalty monies are deposited into the Appliance Efficiency Enforcement Subaccount as required in Public Resources Code section 25402.11. AC Infinity Inc. has also agreed to a compliance plan to test and correctly certify all models to MAEDbS before continuing to sell in California.
