Dynegy Moss Landing, LLC (Dynegy) and the California Energy Commission (Energy Commission) executed a Settlement Agreement (Agreement) on November 7, 2018, to settle alleged violations of the conditions specified in the Energy Commission's Final Decision certifying the Moss Landing Power Plant (MLPP) project. Under the Agreement, Dynegy agreed to pay the sum of $50,000.00 to settle the alleged violations.
