Public Hearing to consider adopting the modified Power Source Disclosure program regulations

The California Energy Commission (CEC) proposes to modify existing regulations for the Power Source Disclosure (PSD) program established under Public Utilities Code section 398.1 et seq. The existing regulations are found at Title 20, California Code of Regulations, sections 1390 - 1394.

Public Hearing

The CEC has scheduled the public hearing for the PSD program regulations on the following date and time. Interested persons may present oral and written statements, arguments, or contentions relevant to the proposed regulations at the hearing. The CEC will consider adopting the modified PSD program regulations during its regularly scheduled business meeting.
