Public Scoping Meeting - San Jose Data Center

California Energy Commission (CEC) staff will hold a public scoping meeting remotely via Zoom on February 19, 2021, starting at 9:00 a.m. to discuss and receive comments on the scope of the environmental impact report (EIR) that CEC staff is preparing for the San Jose Data Center (the project). A detailed agenda will be posted prior to the meeting on the project’s docket at:

All interested parties, agencies, members of the public are welcome to participate.

The meeting will be held remotely, consistent with Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20 and the recommendations from the California Department of Public Health to encourage physical distancing to slow the spread of COVID-19. The public is able to participate and observe the meeting consistent with the direction in these Executive Orders. Instructions for remote participation via Zoom are below.
