In December 2021, STACK Infrastructure submitted an application for a small power plant exemption for the STACK Trade Zone Boulevard Technology Park Backup Generating Facility to the California Energy Commission.

Please Take Notice that the Committee for the Application has scheduled a Committee Conference.

Please note that the Committee aims to begin promptly at the start time and the end time is an estimate. The Committee Conference may end sooner or later than the time indicated depending on various factors.
