Add to CalendarThe California Energy Commission (CEC) proposes amendments to the EV charger data and reliability standards in the Title 20, California Code of Regulations, Division 2, Chapter 12, Article 2 to exempt Megawatt Charging System (MCS) EV chargers from certain requirements of this Article and provide minor refinements within.
The CEC will hold a public hearing for the proposed regulations at the date and time listed. Interested persons, or their authorized representative, may present statements, arguments, or contentions relevant to the proposed regulations at the public hearing. The record for this hearing will be kept open until every person present at the conclusion of staff’s presentation has had an opportunity to provide comment.
