Meeting Canceled - Committee Conference and Orders on Hearings - San Jose City Backup Generating Facility

The Committee Conference has been canceled.

On November 15, 2019, Microsoft Corporation (Applicant) submitted an application for a small power plant exemption (SPPE) for the San Jose City Backup Generating Facility to the California Energy Commission (CEC).

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on February 27, 2020, the Committee assigned to conduct these proceedings received a request from Applicant to reschedule the Committee Conference previously set for Wednesday, March 4, 2020.

The Committee granted the request and the Committee Conference is RESCHEDULED.
