Evidentiary Hearing - Walsh Backup Generating Facility

On June 28, 2019, 651 Walsh Partners, LLC  submitted an application to the California Energy Commission for a small powerplant exemption for the Walsh Backup Generating Facility in Santa Clara, California.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Committee has scheduled an EVIDENTIARY HEARING

The  Evidentiary Hearing will be held remotely, consistent with Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20 and the recommendations from the California Department of Public Health to encourage physical distancing in order to slow the spread of COVID-19. The public and parties will be able to participate and/or observe the proceedings consistent with the direction in these Executive Orders. The Committee strongly encourages anyone who wishes to provide public comment to do so in writing in advance.
