Prehearing Conference - Walsh Backup Generating Facility

On June 28, 2019, 651 Walsh Partners, LLC  submitted an application to the California Energy Commission for a small powerplant exemption for the Walsh Backup Generating Facility in Santa Clara, California.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Committee has scheduled a PREHEARING CONFERENCE.

The  Prehearing Conference will be held remotely, consistent with Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20 and the recommendations from the California Department of Public Health to encourage physical distancing in order to slow the spread of COVID-19. The public and parties will be able to participate and/or observe the proceedings consistent with the direction in these Executive Orders. The Committee strongly encourages anyone who wishes to provide public comment to do so in writing in advance.
