Notice of Staff Workshop - M-ATT Implementation

Public comment period is extended to Friday, March 12, 2021, at 5:00 p.m.

The California Energy Commission (CEC), will host a remote-access workshop to discuss the staff report which provides the necessary evidence, background, and implementation plan to allow the CEC to require any person performing a mechanical acceptance test required by the Building Energy Efficiency Standards to be certified as an acceptance test technician.

The workshop will be held remotely, consistent with Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20 and the recommendations from the California Department of Public Health to encourage physical distancing to slow the spread of COVID-19. The public can participate in the workshop consistent with the direction in these Executive Orders. Instructions for remote participation via Zoom are below.
