Add to CalendarThe California Energy Commission is hosting two tribal listening sessions on scoping for the 2025 Senate Bill 100 Analysis and Report. The 100 Percent Clean Energy Act of 2018 (Senate Bill 100, De León, Chapter 312, Statutes of 2018) sets a 2045 target of supplying all retail electricity sold in California and state agency electricity needs with renewable and zero-carbon resources. Senate Bill 100 requires the California Energy Commission, Public Utilities Commission and Air Resources Board to use existing programs to achieve the policy and issue a joint SB 100 report every four years. The first joint agency report was issued in 2021, and the next report is due in January 2025. Both sessions will cover the same topics. These sessions are open to all California Native American tribes.
