AB 2061 Electric Vehicle Charger Reliability Regulations

The CEC has proposed regulations to track and improve the reliability of California’s electric vehicle chargers. Those regulations require semiannual data reporting on inventory and reliability, as well as hourly data reporting on reliability from charging network providers and charging station operators who operate certain electric vehicle chargers in California.
