Dipper Wells

The California Energy Commission (CEC) is in the pre-rulemaking phase to improve the water efficiency of dipper wells. The CEC will consider establishing efficiency standards, test procedures, marking requirements, certification requirements, and any other appropriate regulations for dipper wells.
