This final report describes the purpose, approach, and activities performed in the installation of 19 new dispensers into existing gasoline stations throughout California. This report also provides a synopsis of 13 months' data collected at the various stations, the observations, problems encountered as well as solutions made to successfully complete the project. The execution of this project show that the installation of the stations offer the ability to leverage and build upon the existing fuel distribution infrastructure investments. The stations were not built from scratch; hence the administrative overhead was small.
