Office Hours on CalAPP Program Invoicing Process - July 22, 2026

The California Energy Commission (CEC) will host a series of office hours to guide California Automated Permit Processing Program (CalAPP) grant awardees through the invoicing process before the liquidation deadline of June 30, 2027. After that date, no additional reimbursement will be approved or paid. CalAPP grant recipients may join the office hours consistent with the attendance instructions below. The CEC aims to begin promptly at the start time posted, and the end time is an estimate based on the proposed agenda.

These office hours are by virtual participation only. There will not be a physical location for these meetings.

Participants may join via Zoom by internet or phone.

• Attend Office Hour via Zoom, or log in at the Zoom website and enter the Webinar ID 825 5970 9207 and passcode CalAPP, and follow all prompts.
• To join by telephone. Call toll-free at (888) 475-4499 or toll at (669) 219-2599. When prompted, enter the Webinar ID 825 5970 9207 and passcode CalAPP.

Zoom Closed Captioning Service. At the bottom of the screen, click the Live Transcript CC icon and choose “Show Subtitle” or “View Full Transcript” from the pop-up menu. To stop closed captioning, close the “Live Transcript” or select “Hide Subtitle” from the pop-up menu. If joining by phone, closed captioning is automatic and cannot be turned off. While closed captioning is available in real-time, it can include errors.
