Senate Bill 2 Implementation Workshop

The California Energy Commission (CEC) will host a hybrid workshop to inform the public of the proposed plan to implement Senate Bill 2 (Skinner, Statutes of 2023, 1st Ex. Sess.) (SB 2) (formerly SBX1-2) with a focus on new transportation fuels data reporting requirements and the approach to the assessment to identify methods to ensure a reliable supply of affordable and safe transportation fuels in California.

A quorum of commissioners may participate, but no votes will be taken.

The public can participate in the workshop consistent with the attendance instructions below. The CEC aims to begin promptly at the start time posted and the end time is an estimate based on the proposed agenda. The workshop may end sooner or later than the posted end time.
