Workshop on the Regulations for Improved Electric Vehicle Charger Recordkeeping and Reporting, Reliability, and Data Sharing

The California Energy Commission (CEC) will host a staff workshop to explain the recently adopted Regulations for Improved Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger Recordkeeping and Reporting, Reliability, and Data Sharing (“EV Charger Data and Reliability Standards”). These regulations will be enrolled under Title 20 of California Code of Regulations, Sections 2505, 2507, and 3120 – 3135, and will become effective April 1, 2026. The public can participate in the workshop consistent with the attendance instructions below. The CEC aims to begin promptly at the start time posted and the end time is an estimate based on the proposed agenda. The workshop may end sooner or later than the posted end time.
