The Energy Code Compliance (ECC) Program will be administered by ECC-Providers that must be approved by the CEC to conduct the duties specified in the 2025 Energy Code, which include training and oversight of ECC-Raters and operation of a residential data registry. All ECC-Provider responsibilities are given in Section 10-103.3 of the 2025 Energy Code and in the 2025 Reference Appendices.
Approved ECC-Providers will be listed on this page. Each listing will specify a scope of approval and the ECC-Provider's data registry capabilities.
