Opt-In Certification is a process that allows certain clean energy development projects to choose a consolidated state permitting option. Only specified non-fossil-fuel power plants, energy storage projects, and related manufacturing and assembly facilities can apply for Opt-In Certification. With certain exceptions, environmental review must be completed no later than 270 days after an application is deemed complete. There are a series of milestones along this timeline each project must complete. This dashboard provides information about each Opt-In project and the status of each milestone.

- Click on a project in the table to zoom in and learn more.
- Use the Filter Widget to filter projects as needed.
- Use the blue button to filter projects based on political jurisdictions.
- Click on the Milestones tab to view detailed information on a project's milestones.
