Pre-Solicitation Workshop for a Second Block Grant for Light-Duty Electric Vehicle Charger Incentive Projects

California Energy Commission (CEC) staff will host a remote-access workshop to solicit feedback on a draft solicitation concept for a block grant implementer for light-duty electric vehicle (EV) charger incentive projects. A quorum of commissioners may participate, but no votes will be taken.

The Draft Solicitation Concepts will be posted before the workshop on the CEC Docket Log for 20-EVI-01 at https://efiling.energy.ca.gov/Lists/DocketLog.aspx?docketnumber=20-EVI-01. The document details the concepts under consideration for a competitive grant solicitation to be issued by the CEC’s Clean Transportation Program.

The workshop will be held remotely, consistent with Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20 and the recommendations from the California Department of Public Health to encourage physical distancing to slow the spread of COVID-19. The public can participate in the workshop consistent with the direction in these Executive Orders. Instructions for remote participation are below.
