Notice of New Public Hearing Date and Notice of Availability of Third 15-Day Language - Modification of Regulations Specifying Enforcement Procedures for the Renewables Portfolio Standard for Local Publicly Owned Electric Utilities

The California Energy Commission (CEC) proposes to modify existing regulations establishing enforcement rules and procedures for the Renewables Portfolio Standard (RPS) for local publicly owned electric utilities (POUs).

The CEC will host a remote-access public hearing during the CEC’s December Business Meeting for consideration and possible adoption of the proposed regulations on the following date and time unless the CEC decides to consider additional changes to the 45-Day Express Terms of the proposed regulations.
