Add to CalendarThe California Energy Commission (CEC) is holding an en banc meeting of CEC and California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) Commissioners on the Electric Program Investment Charge 2021-2025 Investment Plan (EPIC 4 Investment Plan). At this meeting, CEC and CPUC Commissioners will share their perspectives and priorities on the proposed funding initiatives in the EPIC 4 Investment Plan. A quorum of Commissioners may participate, but no votes will be taken.
The en banc meeting will be held remotely, consistent with Assembly Bill 361 (Rivas, Chapter 165, Statutes of 2021) to improve and enhance public access to state meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic and future emergencies by allowing broader access through teleconferencing options. The public can participate in the en banc meeting consistent with the direction provided in this notice. Instructions for remote participation via Zoom and telephone are below. Please note that the CEC aims to begin promptly at the start time indicated and the end time is an estimate based on the proposed agenda. The en banc meeting may end sooner or later depending on various factors.
