Add to CalendarCalifornia Energy Commission (CEC) staff will host a workshop to discuss the reliability of electric vehicle chargers, and ways to ensure and enhance reliability. CEC staff will share reliability requirements for agreements from the CEC’s most recent solicitations. Staff will seek stakeholder input on improvements to those requirements for future solicitations. Staff will seek stakeholder feedback on remote and field diagnostics to further improve reliability monitoring in the future, and mechanisms for monitoring existing and non-CEC funded chargers.
The public can participate in the workshop consistent with the attendance instructions below. The CEC aims to begin promptly at the start time posted and the end time is an estimate based on the proposed agenda. The workshop may end sooner or later than the posted end time.
