Senate Bill 1000 Staff Workshop

The California Energy Commission (CEC) will host a workshop to present preliminary findings from the third Senate Bill (SB) 1000 (Lara, Statutes of 2018, Chapter 368) assessment, focused on potential home charging access. The ability to charge an electric vehicle at home provides the convenience, affordability, and reliability that can enable higher electric vehicle adoption to achieve the State’s climate action and clean transportation goals. Results from this assessment will help the CEC design charging programs that maximize charging availability for all Californians.

The public can participate in the workshop consistent with the attendance instructions below. The CEC aims to begin promptly at the start time posted and the end time is an estimate based on the proposed agenda. The workshop may end sooner or later than the posted end time.
