AB X2-1 Pre-Rulemaking Workshop on Refinery Resupply Planning

The California Energy Commission (CEC) will host a pre-rulemaking workshop on the refinery maintenance resupply provisions of Assembly Bill (AB) X2-1 (Stats. 2024, 2nd Ex. Sess. 2023-2024, ch. 1) and Senate Bill (SB) X1-2 (Stats. 2023, 1st Ex. Sess. 2023-2024, ch. 1). The pre-rulemaking workshop will present draft rules and discuss the framework for rules to manage refinery maintenance resupply requirements pursuant to Public Resources Code section 25354.2.

The public can participate in the workshop consistent with the attendance instructions below. The CEC aims to begin promptly at the start times posted and the end times are estimates based on the proposed agenda.
