SACRAMENTO – The California Energy Commission invites you to celebrate the winners of the 2025 Clean Energy Hall of Fame Awards at a special ceremony.

These Californians will be recognized for their leadership and outstanding achievements advancing the state’s clean energy goals. The Dec. 4 ceremony will be held at the California Natural Resources Agency (CNRA) Auditorium. After the ceremony, attendees are invited to a reception with food, drinks, and entertainment in the lobby of the CNRA building.

WHAT:

The Clean Energy Hall of Fame Awards honor local leaders making exceptional contributions to help California achieve a 100 percent clean energy future for all.

The recipients for the sixth annual event are:

Lifetime Achievement Award – Marty Turock, executive director, Cleantech San Diego’s Southern California Energy Innovation Network, San Diego, Calif.

Youth Game-Changer – Judith Gomez, coordinator, Climate Action Pathways for Schools, Porterville, Calif.

Tribal Champion – Jose “Moke” Simon III, chairman, Middletown Rancheria of Pomo Indians, Middletown Rancheria of Pomo Indians and Lake County, Calif.

Clean Energy Champion:

  • Jaime R. Lemus, director, Transportation and Climate Change Division, Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District, Sacramento, Calif.
  • Dr. Cassandra Little, CEO, Fresno Metro Black Chamber of Commerce, Fresno, Calif.
  • Kameale C. Terry, CEO & co-founder, ChargerHelp!, Los Angeles, Calif
