Conflict of Interest Code

The Energy Commission’s Conflict of Interest Code designates the positions in the agency which are required to file a Statement of Economic Interests (FPPC Form 700) and sets forth the specific disclosure categories required for each position. On April 25, 2023, the OAL filed with the Secretary of State the Energy Commission’s amendments to Title 20, California Code of Regulations, section 2402, updating the Energy Commission’s Conflict of Interest Code. The updated Conflict of Interest Code is effective May 25, 2023.
