Lead Commissioner Pre-Rulemaking Workshop on Renewables Portfolio Standard Regulations for Publicly Owned Utilities

California Energy Commission staff will conduct a workshop to solicit stakeholder comments on potential amendments to the Enforcement Procedures for the Renewables Portfolio Standard for Local Publicly Owned Electric Utilities (RPS POU Regulations). The workshop end time is an estimate and it may end earlier.
