Effective November 28, 2025, the California Energy Commission (CEC) will no longer accept new applications for the Energy Conservation Assistance Account (ECAA) loan program under Program Opportunity Notices (PONs) 22-001 and 22-002. The CEC will be updating the PONs and plans to reopen them in the future. The CEC will be awarding loans that are currently on the ECAA waitlist.
