The unprecedented success of the ECAA Regular and ECAA-Ed revolving loan fund programs have led to oversubscription of these programs. We are still accepting applications and placing them on a waiting list until additional funds become available through bi-annual loan repayments.
However, funds are currently available in the set-aside for California Native American tribes and loan applications are being accepted on a first come basis-first served basis.

If you would like to receive announcements related to the program, subscribe to the ECAA Program by clicking in the SUBSCRIBE box under Energy Efficiency Financing. The following link has been added here for your ready clicking. Subscribe.
