POU Integrated Resource Plan Public Events and Activities

IRPs are electricity system planning documents that ensure publicly owned utilities (POUs) lay out their resource needs, policy goals, physical and operational constraints, and proposed resource choices (including customer-side preferred resources). Public participation and feedback are valuable components of the planning process.

More information on resources used to generate electricity in the state is available on CEC’s Power Source Disclosure Program web page and on its Power Content Label web page. Beginning this year, the Power Content Label page will also include greenhouse gas emissions data.

Notices of public meetings, hearings and other information may take several days to appear on this page. These notices are provided as a convenience to interested stakeholders and do not replace any other noticing requirement or method used by POUs.
