Purpose
The purpose of this request for qualifications (RFQ) is to select a Prime Contractor (Contractor) to assist in evaluating applications for SPPE-eligible energy facilities, conducting analyses in accordance with CEQA and California Code of Regulations, Title 20, and supporting other activities in the areas of environmental impact assessment, engineering, and related regulatory matters.
