Manufacturers certify to the California Energy Commission that the building equipment, products, and devices listed meet the applicable requirements of Title 24, Part 6, of the Building Energy Efficiency Standards. The certification is done under penalty of perjury. The Energy Commission makes no claim that the equipment conforms to its listing.
