Abbreviations

• The certificates of compliance (NRCC)
• The certificates of installation (NRCI)
• The certificates of verification (NRCV)
  • Must be registered with an Energy Code Compliance (ECC) Provider. Find an ECC-Provider.
• The certificates of acceptance (NRCA) 

Used to demonstrate compliance with acceptance testing requirements in the Energy Code. 

• The NRCAs for Lighting Controls and Mechanical forms must be completed by a field technician or Certified Acceptance Test Technician (ATT) through an ATTCP provider then submitted to the inspector.
  • The NRCAs for Covered Processes and Envelope Features are non-registered forms.
