Carousel Gore is the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer for the California Energy Commission.
The EEO Office advises staff and management in developing, implementing, and maintaining discrimination-free policies, procedures, and practices. The EEO Office also oversees policies to prevent abusive conduct. The EEO ensures that the CEC is respectful workplace that is free of discrimination, sexual harassment, and abusive behavior.
Gore has worked for 17 years for the state of California, including 11 year as an EEO investigator, most recently with the California Department of Insurance.
She has a bachelor degree in public administration from the University of Phoenix.
